No-Bake Vermont Maple Pecan Coffee Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup strong brewed Vermont Maple Pecan Coffee (cooled)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ½ cup chopped pecans

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, almond butter, honey, and brewed coffee until smooth.

  2. Stir in chopped pecans and chocolate chips.

  3. Roll into small 1-inch bites and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
