When your dessert and your coffee decide to share the same glass — that’s the Mochadoodle Affogato. Rich, hot espresso-style coffee poured over cold vanilla ice cream creates an indulgent contrast that’s hard to resist.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

  • 1 double shot Mochadoodle Coffee (hot and strong)

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Cinnamon for dusting


Instructions

  1. Brew a double shot of hot Mochadoodle Coffee.

  2. Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to a chilled glass.

  3. Pour the coffee slowly over the ice cream.

  4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if you like.
