It’s simple! Enter your email to claim the offer, and we’ll send you a special link where you can choose your favorite roast.
When you click the link and order, we’ll automatically add the other flavor to your cart so you can enjoy both.
Do I need a code?
No code needed. The link we send will automatically apply the offer for you at checkout.
Can I use the offer more than once?
This offer is just for first-time customers. Once you’ve tried both Maple and Mocha, you’ll unlock other exclusive discounts for future orders.
☕ Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard delivery. Most customers receive their coffee within 5–7 days after placing an order.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $10.95 per order, no matter how many bags you buy. Free shipping is offered on orders over $99.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your coffee from our roaster to your doorstep.

How should I store my coffee?
Keep your coffee in an airtight container, away from heat, light, and moisture. No need to refrigerate — a cool, dry pantry works best.
Is the coffee ground or whole bean?
Each product page will specify the grind type available. Most blends are offered in both whole bean and ground options.
How fresh is the coffee when I receive it?
Each bag is roasted to order and shipped promptly to ensure maximum freshness when it reaches you.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
If something isn’t right, please reach out to us at support@mapleandmochacoffee.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blend and have it delivered automatically so you never run out. Plus, you’ll save a little on every shipment.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, edit, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page.
